Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
GainGuard Capital is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crime. This policy summarizes the measures we apply across our Services.
1. Our Commitment
We maintain controls designed to detect and prevent the use of our Services for money laundering or the financing of illegal activity, and to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CFT) laws.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC)
Before you can invest, we verify your identity. This includes collecting your personal details and a government-issued identity document, and may include additional checks. We may decline to open, or may suspend, any account that fails verification.
3. Ongoing Monitoring
We monitor account activity and transactions for patterns that may indicate suspicious or unusual behavior. We may request additional information about the source of your funds at any time.
4. Sanctions and Prohibited Activity
- We do not knowingly provide Services to sanctioned individuals or entities, or to persons in prohibited jurisdictions.
- Using the Services to launder money, finance terrorism, or conceal the proceeds of crime is strictly prohibited.
- Funds must originate from a legitimate source and from a wallet you control.
5. Reporting and Cooperation
Where we identify activity we reasonably suspect to be linked to financial crime, we may freeze the relevant account, decline transactions, and report to the appropriate authorities, as required by law. We cooperate with lawful requests from regulators and law-enforcement.
6. Record Keeping
We retain identity and transaction records for the period required by applicable law, even after an account is closed, to meet our regulatory obligations.
